You just crushed chest and arms
Your endorphins and testosterone levels are at an all time high
You're checking out your pump in the mirror and can't stop being aroused by yourself
You have successfully convinced yourself that you're worth a shit and might actually be something one day
Then your mom comes home and tells you of how she could've done all your chores way better and how you failed at them
You shrug it off because you just pumped 45 pounds of dopamine through your brain and nothing can stop you now
Then your mom brings in a cheesecake for your brothers that she got from work
Now your gains are obliterated and you're sitting there listening to mom telling you how worthless you are as your self respect and pride are slip away slowly
You take the beating silently as you eat
You are reminded of how pathetic and useless you are
You are also reminded that you forgot to kill yourself today
You get angry but the anger slowly subsides to sadness and self hatred
You excuse yourself and go to your room to vent online to people who don't in an effort to mask your insecurity and hold on to any gains you might've gotten
