Nope. Never had a dream that felt like real life when I woke up.

I suffered from sleep paralysis after having a boring, lucid dream.

I had one too.

Uh no. I was like 16 at the time.

It happens to me a lot, I love it. Sometimes I have the craziest dreams, and if it's a nightmare, it's usually the kind where I'm naked at school or something. In those cases I'm just like, oh yeah, it's a dream.

I'd love to try to lucid dream and although I've had some success in the past, I usually back out when I realize I'm dreaming.

The key is to fall back asleep just after you've woken up from a dream.

I've done it both intentionally, and unintentionally, and trust me, it is not worth the feeling. It may be fun the first couple times and you may have a kickass dream or two, but there are times when the darkest parts of your mind, the ones that even YOU are unaware of, they take over, and they show you things you never want to see, and that nightmare won't stop until your mind is done with you, or you wake yourself up with a failsafe.

I've witnessed everything I know and care for destroyed through lucid dreams, and my family slaughtered.

Don't lucid dream kids, you'll eventually go mad from the shit you see.
