I have upper body strength!

The requires upper body strength.
Fapping doesn't build measurable strength. It only tones a select few muscles slightly.

I'm quite healthy, actually.

Well, I may have some repertory complications returning to me, and some high blood pressure due to elevated levels of lead,... but otherwise, quite healthy.

Don't you remember the story you told me once? It was raining but you needed to do something outside and you didn't have a jacket, so you fashioned something out of a garbage bag with another co-worker, and then this other girl co-worker that you fancied saw you and laughed at you.

Holy shit it's been almost two years since that happened, surprised you remembered that considering I don't even remember posting it.

Ultimately she DIDN'T laugh, she held it in. But whatever, she disappeared and I'll thankfully never see her again.

Rockets on my X
Insecurity has borders across all spectrums of people's thoughts and emotions. But the core of it is this alone.

Inside a person's own head, whether it's known or buried deep in their sub-conscious, that person, in some way feels invalidated with themselves and has a deep need to try and make themselves feel valid.

That invalidation manifests itself in so many ways among people though.  Which is why in some cases, insecurity can be hard to spot because its lines blur with so many common things that people do. It has a root cause but not a root outcome.

And, now that I remember the second part of your post. Judgmental people are all sorts of things, based on how they judge and what they do with their judgments. All people judge others. It's a natural mechanism we need to survive. But you can judge others in excess. You can judge people blindly. You can be overly judgemental and critical of people.

And, yes, judgmental people can be insecure. This relates to what I said up above about insecurity manifesting itself in different ways.

Case and point, for a loose example, closet homophobes.

Fear derived from uncertainty.
You know, that definition says a bit about you.

I'd describe insecurity as something to strive for, since being secure means being certain, thus things aren't challenging. It is the challenges along our lives that elevates us to a higher level, or makes us crumble. Feeling fear means choosing to remain stagnant in fear of crumbling.
Insecure is not secure. Security is certainty, assurance, strong conviction. The most base fear is fear of the unknown. Therefore fear derived from uncertainty is insecurity.

Note that insecurity is necessary, not sufficient. You seemed to gloss over that in your over-analysis.
Oh you are my sacred user on this site.

I will break down what you wrote tom- later on today, after I've slept. Kind of an inconsiderate move on my behalf, but still.
Just thought I'd explain it for you, since you took it a bit out of context. I'd consider myself insecure, but not for the reasons you listed.

Insecurity isn't literal; bouldering, while by definition is "unsecured" doesn't make the climber insecure. In all likelihood, someone who boulders is probably quite secure in their abilities. Insecurity (to slightly fix my previous definition) is to fall to the fear of uncertainty. Security is to overcome it.
"not confident about yourself or your ability to do things well"
is in a definition I googled, but you describe the word as if the above leads to fear. Uncertainty to you, if I've understood correctly, is fear. You fear the unknown. Not fearing the unkown is to no longer be insecure, but I say there's another side to the word.

YouTube

I'd say that the human who attacks the red guy is insecure, but not afraid. He is anxious, and doesn't only doubt his abilities, but he knows that his abilities are inferior. By your definition, him not feeling fear would make him secure, but that doesn't seem to be the case for me. I say you can be insecure, but not feel fear.

I don't remember what I wrote verbatim, but I most likely brought up how you're content with everything because you're passive. I also brought up how you don't see the need to workout as an example of your contentment with mediocrity as long as you have one goal you find meaning in.

His eyebrows sparkling, his white beard hangs down to his chest. The thatched mats, spread outside his chise, spread softly, his splendid attos. He polishes, cross-legged, his makiri, with his eyes completely absorbed.

He is Ainu.

The god of Ainu Mosir, Ae-Oine Kamuy, descendant of Okiku-Rumi, He perishes, a living corpse. The summers day, the white sunlight, unabrushed, ends simply through his breath alone.

I have two comments. The first is that dictionaries are near useless for forming personal definitions. It's a reference guide for societal usage, not ironclad. If you need an example, look up "inflammable".

Second, my follow-up post clarified it a bit. It doesn't "lead to fear". It's a form of fear, like achrophobia is a fear of highs.
