Don't you remember that one thread where somone (possible you) asked if anyone wanted kids, and the majority of people said "no". Granted, their reasons were varried but they all still fall under the arsenal of antinatalism, if you will.

I remember specifically because you were like "Wow, these responses are blowing me away." or something to that effect.

Having 20 or so people kind of see what you're saying because life can be a real bitch isn't really your doing. People have these thoughts of wishing they were never born or thinking life is a waste and there's no point in anything, but they generally move on from those thoughts.

You don't because you have a chemical imbalance and probably childhood traumas that mess with the way you see the world and live your life.
but my beliefs only started to bloom and crystallize when i observed the lives of others and the outside world, though

my personal situation has very little to do with why i believe the things i do, especially since i'm well-aware of how fortunate i actually am compared to other people

it's the fact that there are so many people—billions—who are less fortunate than i that i have these beliefs
