What are your goals in the next 3 years?

I was reading around and I found some article that has you write 101 goals in 1001 days.

I started writing and realized that while I do have an idea of what direction I want to take in life, it was kind of hard to be specific on what I want to accomplish in the next 3 years or so. Writing down specific goals may seem pretty cheesy but it really brings to life what you want to do. Arnold Schwarzenegger said that a ship could have the greatest captain with an amazing crew, but if it has no destination it will spend it's entire voyage aimlessly traveling the ocean.

Some examples of mine were:

Learn to play 20 songs on the piano
Get to 200lbs at 10% bodyfat
Learn to play guiatar
Have 8 different types of colognes
Transfer to San Diego State
Learn to dance
Learn to lucid dream well
Whiten teeth
Learn German
Learn French
Learn to speed read
Buy flowers for a girl
Skydive
Try mushrooms
Win an eating competition
Grow a beard
Ride in a supercar
Drive a supercar
Get in a fight
Travel outside the U.S
Go to a rave

There are a lot more, some pretty personal, but you get the idea. I imagine myself being 21 and thinking if I accomplish at least 3/4ths of the things on my list it will have been a very productive 3 years.

-Get a gf, laid (though this isn't exactly a priority)

I haven't got a damn clue what I want to do and where I want to go in life.

I'm kind of just wandering aimlessly at the moment.

-Build my house
-Build my workshop
-Continue honing my hobbies
-Recover physically
-Acquire close proximity friend I can see on a regular basis in person
-Potentially make close friend a partner
-Fix and repair my restaurant
-Figure out a way to have an under the table income
-Make under the table income something fun to do
-Help family
-Go travelling with friend/partner
-After building workshop/garage, experiment with welding
-Do mathematical calculations for a hovercraft
-Build said hovercraft
-Potentially go travelling on my own and visit some good friends made here/bungle

I want over half of these done in one year, not three.

i can think of just one thing, and that's to integrate myself into society more

not because i have any personal desire to, but because i know i'm gonna have to someday if i want to get over this depression

so i guess by proxy, i do have a personal desire to integrate myself into society, but
i guess what i mean is, it's not going to be fun until it's over

to me, goals shouldn't be something that you necessarily want
they should be something that you have to do in order to live a better, happier life

it's easy to say "i want a billion dollars"
you're not gonna get it, though

it's difficult (for me, anyway) to say "i want a job"
because i don't

but i need one
so in that sense and in that sense alone, it's a... "goal"

a lot of the goals that OP listed, for example, are not really goals at all
it looks more like a bucket list

which is fine, but do you honestly look at things like skydiving and taking mushrooms as "achievements"
