Consumed a LOT of caffeine this last week and now my anxiety is in full gear

Over this last week or two I've had tons of caffeine due to preworkouts that I get for free

Caffeine gives me bad anxiety and right now it's super high. Going to hangout with my friend and two girl later tonight and normally I wouldn't even be thinking about it but I'm sitting here eating this chicken feeling insanely nervous. Feels like I'm about to give a presentation in front of 10000 people

Smh @ caffeine. Do you coffee drinkers ever notice anxiety from caffeine?

I need at least a pot a day to stay awake, but I never notice any anxiety. My caffeine tolerance is pretty high, though.

yes, that's i why i don't consume it anymore. that and too much caffeine causes strain on the adrenals.
