What's with all the drama

There's like two and a half thread on Ender, and the only other threads that are worth going into are...you guessed it...more drama. Can someone give me like a summary of all the user drama here?

It's a small community, people get bored, people hold grudges, people have bad days, people try to wind each other up for amusement etc etc etc

It's only when you have a 10 page flamewar going on that I'd call it notable drama.
