What's the easiest way to buy an Xbox gift card in $ in the UK?

My card is tied to the UK, so whenever I try to buy anything off an American website it doesn't work because shipping addresses conflict, even though it's a fucking email delivery.

I've tried Amazon and Newegg. Paypal won't work for the same reason. I need those cheap games man, plz help.

Just checked, conversion rate is okay. Fucking 20% VAT though that screws it.
