I drink it throughout the whole day, usually up to an hour or so before I go to bed.

I just drank a cup of milk + coffee, though, and it didn't really upset my stomach. So that might just be what I have to do from now on

Maybe just drink it in the morning+night and find another drink for the rest of the day? that's a lot of coffee

I had to stop drinking coffee a couple of years ago because I'd be feeling like I was about to hurl for the rest of the day.

If the milk based solution worked for you then that's good >.>
I'm not so lucky and it's pretty much Coffee + Psy = Blurgh.

My methods are usually:
A little bit of DPH
A little bit of pot.
Some deep breaths if none of the above.
And if I'm lucky, some promethazine.
