During the new livejournal post, GRRM thanks the actors who have succumbed to death throughout the show, but (perhaps purposefully) exempts two actors who both have a fair amount of dubiousness surrounding their death (Kit, who plays Jon Snow, and Rory McCann, who plays the hound).
