Ways to keep from throwing up?

I don't normally get much sleep, usually just six or seven hours a night. To compensate for this, I've always drank a lot of coffee. It's never really bothered me, but lately I get sick and throw up if I try to drink more than two cups a day. Is there any way to fix this? Should I remove something from my diet?

And before you get all smart and say "oh just stop drinking coffee lol", that's not an option.

I'll post two things.

One: Coffe should be drank at specific times if you want maximum efficiency (when your cortisol levels are lower), like in this picture for example

Two: About 45 seconds before vomiting, your body makes your mouth watery with saliva to defend against acid, so there's your warning for when you're about to throw up.

Stick your finger down your throat. Can't throw up if your hand is in the way.

The obvious solution is to stop drinking liquid death, but for some reason you won't give it up even though your body obviously can't tolerate it.

Ugh, I suppose you're right...I guess drinking it with milk is better than giving it up altogether, or reducing the amount I drink per day.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Get something cold and press it to your stomach, water bottles preferred.

I've used this to stop or at least delay sickness due to hangovers, so I guess you can adapt it for other stomach related hurling.
