Nice trolling, you baited this thread really well. But in all honesty, the USA has very high tech shit we don't even know about. I mean, nobody knew who Delta Force was until the administration fucked up and revealed them for no reason, and the stealth black hawks weren't known until one crashed during the raid and had to be left behind in pieces.
