My chest feels mildly tight. My left arm is tingling, I feel light-headed and slightly nauseated.

I'm unsure as to whether this is just eating too much shitty food throughout the day and feeling anxious, is it worth calling an ambulance?

I think I might give them a call too. I feel pain in sternum all the time. It's been a while now, I can't remember not feeling this in my fucking gay sternum.

Those are symptoms of a heart attack, call an ambulance. Probably nothing to worry about, but still I would take things like this seriously.

I've had this happen seriously twice in my life, and both times I've gone it's been nothing.
(Bad chest pains). I think I might be allergic to some random food or something. Health scares suck :/

Either way, if it gets worse, go to a doctor. Better broke than dead.
