Aaaand the whole UED fleet nearly gets entirely wiped out by Kerrigan

Chris Metzen retired so maybe there's some hope for the future of Starcraft's story after that Mass Effect 3-type ending in LoTV.

that wasn't the whole UED fleet. that was just an expeditionary force.

an expeditionary force nearly conquered the entire sector and forced all three races to team up in order to kick them out
