We aren't tyrants and we shouldn't try to force this place into being a utopia. The best way to phase out the general hostility is to alter the overall attitude of the community through the influence of less hostile members.Not an easy thing as it requires more down to earth peeps to want to continue posting here with a presence significant enough to over shadow the hostility. I do what I can, personally, but I'm only a single person.
I suspect a lot of the hate on here is bandwagoning as well tbh.

Some folks who are invested in the community might take offense to that, warranted or not.
