UN Game IX

Yep, it's time for another classic edition of the UN game. This time, the starting period is the Middle Ages, roughly around 1200. You start with all the technology that's generally prevalent in that age. Time passes at a rate of a year per 25 posts, but there's no set year. Your empire can surpass what it was in our history if you progress in a natural and reasonable way.

As always, you decide everything about your country's government. You get farther by researching technology, but it has to be a logical progression. You need muskets before you can research rifles, for instance. Annexation is also a way to expand, but larger countries require a larger force to annex, and you can't annex a country if it doesn't border your current land.

Other than that, just have fun. Pick what country you'd like to be, and I'll add it to the map. We'll start when we have at least eight players.
