Reman Cyrodiil is the ruler, and most Akiviri activity were based around the northeast of Tamriel, over to the center.

So not a province, more appropriate would be a sub provincial region.
Obviously the Capital City is not an option, therefore the only other Akiviri strong point I know of is in the Reach, at SkyHaven Temple.

I feel that this is appropriate as that land should not be a part of Skyrim anyway.

Economy: Mostly agrarian, consisting of free farmers, herders and fishermen under the watch of the nobility of the Great Houses. There are also some mercantile elements, as mining and trading is based on production of the rare Kwama eggs, ebony and raw glass.
Color: Orange.

I don't want everyone to wait, so anyone who didn't reply/ask their question can still ask while the game goes on.

Valenwood, Black Marsh and Elsweyr are now free land to take, as no-one has stepped up to take it, you'll have to take the land yourself however and hope nobody else tried at the same land.

Meta Cognition and I will moderate the game, answering any questions or fixing any problems.

The Summerset Isles announces the creation and reign of the Aldmeri Dominion. 1,000 justicars are sent via ships to take Elsweyr.

The worship of Talos is banned.

Tiber Septim sends out a messenger to the Summerset Isle. Asking for an alliance between The Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion.

Recruitment for the Imperial Legion starts, as 500 men begin a march into the Black Marsh, hoping to take territory for future settlements.

A tax is set in place for the Imperial City, to be set for all of Cyrodiil later on, the tax will take 6% of all income of citizens.

Emperor Cyrodiil announces military fortifications at the coast of high rock.

A navy is to be raised.

Akiviri advisors open Markarth to joint rule by imperial magistrate and a Jarl of the high king's choosing, in the interest of easing supposed tensions between our lands.

As a point of this proposal, the reach will be considered a hold of Skyrim as well as an Akiviri land.

This gives Nords half governance of the land and allows them to come and go freely.

In return, the Akiviri would have the nords aid in the eradication of the native people, who are uncivlised and uncultured.

The Akiviri recognises Tiber Septim as the rightful god king of Nirn, but reminds him that this is a birthright he shares with Reman Cyrodiil.

No aggression should be taken between the Dragonborn Empires, but instead we should work to eliminate dragonkind and those others who would deign themselves gods.

Before the messenger got onto sea to head towards summerset isle, he is stopped by a group of soldiers who escorts the messenger back to Cyrodiil, explaining that the Emporer no longer want's any relations with the Aldmeri Dominion at this time.

Akivir announces the minting of the Cyro, (see-ruh) an elaborate coin minted on steel of an undisclosed and highly secret forging.

The Imperial Reserve is created, where Cyros may be exchanged for gold, each coin is worth one gold coin of the same size.

The use of gold as currency is banned in Akivir.

Wanted criminals may not use the Imperial Reserve service, making it impossible for plunder in Akivir to have value in other parts of Tamriel.

This will keep our criminals out of your lands.

The justicars arrive in Elsweyr's capitol Corinthe and give the Mane an ultimatum: hand over total country of the province to the Dominion or have it taken by force. The Khajiit leader refuses and is killed on the spot. The justicars begin forcibly annexing the rest of the province. Expected to be complete by page 5.

The Summerset Isles offers a non-aggression treaty to the Akiviri Empire.
