The Dominion sends an emissary to Valenwood with 100 justicars, offering peace in exchange for free reign over Falinesti and all other graht-oaks. Awaiting response.
Since no GM told me the outcome, and it's a reasonable course of events, I'm just going with it.

The treaty is reluctantly accepted. The emissary and 200 additional justicars are sent to Falinesti. Expected to arrive by page 5.

Elsweyr annexation -- 75%
Khajiit soldier-slaves -- 780/1,200
I actually sent the GMs PMs, and there was still no reply, so at this point we'll just have to settle for reasonable course of action.
Won over by Reman, the Argonian Leader accepts, with the condition that a Reserve Centre be built in Black Marsh for the storage.

Collection of all Argonian Treasures estimated complete by page 5.

The ships arrive in Akavir to find that the Taescii Empire has taken over much of the land, and native Akaviri were already preparing to flee.

Some 20,000 refugees, 7,000 of them strong men capable of becoming soldiers, 3,000 of them male children capable of becoming soldiers after five more years.

The ships return immediately, and are projected home by page five.

Over the next year, dwellings will need to be built for these 20,000.

Akavir asks help for their construction from the nords, who are experts at building quick and cheap housing.

You either die a hero or live long enough to become Mythic..
I swear you people are nocturnal, but yeah I was asleep apologies, the events in Valenwood are fine by me.

Tiber would be cautious with the new Akaviri troops in Black Marsh, however the men at the borders welcome the help from their military supporters. A call to arms is set up in Black Marsh however for The Empire, and the Argonian leaders would recognize the Akaviri as supporters but make sure to show they bear the Empire symbols in the Black Marsh.

A small convoy of Khajit escapee's got away from the Aldmeri Dominion, 1,000 in total, 200 being ready and able to join the Imperial Legion, 400 capable of joining within the next few years, and the other 400 welcomed to make homes in the cities.

Thanks to new call to arms in both Black Marsh and Cyrodiil, the estimated total recruits this year goes up to 1,400.

Cyrodiil accepts the Aldmeri Dominion's offer for non-aggression.

The advisor agrees with the military alliance, but asks that all access to the Elder Scrolls will be watched and any/all Akaviri be escorted in and out.

The Empire welcomes the Black Marsh, while still holding control of their lands, all Imperial Legion troops will be allowed in and out of Black Marsh, in return for protection against any threats. The 500 men start setting up garrisons at the borders while another 500 march towards Black Marsh.

Elsweyr annexation complete. Loss of 64/1000 justicars.
Khajiit soldiers -- 1200/1200

The Aldmeri Dominion currently has an army size of 3136.

The Dominion currently has 300 justicars in its capitol city, 400 in various other places in the Summerset Isles, 300 in Valenwood, and 936 in Elsweyr. 1200 indoctrinated and trained Khajiit soldiers are also stationed throughout Elsweyr.

The Dominion begins searching for and enslaving skooma dealers in Elsweyr to be enslaved and forced to work in Summerset Isles industry. Intensive interrogations are authorized to find these criminals.

Rounding up and training 50,000 soldiers in four years is a bit ridiculous in this game. Remember that each province only started with 2,000.

They won't be trained by that time and they're not soldiers.

Just common deckhands with no combat skill. I suppose I should've made that clear. As civilian recruitment is easier to perform because of low personal risk, I think that 10,000 each year isn't that OP.

It's more just about your population...taking 10,000 people out of the equation is a huge blow. Some entire provinces don't even have that many people. Taking 40,000 people out of your economy in just four years, especially in a low-population, fantasy world like this one, is devastating. You need something to supplement that.

Spoiler
Slaves seem to work.

I have all of the native bretons at my disposal, aside from my Akaviri Citizens.

The ones who aren't scholars are jobless assholes, so not that many Akaviri are actually being conscripted.

Think of it as mass servitude of an entire race of people.

Women and children too.

I'd say it's fine, but extremely risky, if you are going to bring these ships to battle they will only have the strength in numbers, a well trained Navy would destroy hundreds of ships. Also blue is now Announcement/Mod talk.

Deadra Worship spreads into Cyrodiil through the Khajiit escapees. Whether or not their escape was prompted by Aldmeri religious intolerance is unclear, but Deadric influence becomes stronger in Cyrodiil each day wherever Khajiit refugees are.

We need to find a way to deal with this Deadric menace.
It will spread across all of Tamriel if we allow it to, I propose a world summit to handle the problem.
Obviously, it is spread the same as any other religion, by people, however its spread may have unwanted consequences if we allow it to grow.

We should cut the snake off at the head, and call upon the Vigil of Stendarr.
I propose that Vigil agents be given free roam over all of Tamriel, uninhibited.

We should cut the snake off at the head, and call upon the Vigil of Stendarr.
I propose that Vigil agents be given free roam over all of Tamriel, uninhibited.
I'll accept this with the amendment of mainland Tamriel.

You either die a hero or live long enough to become Mythic..
Deadra Worship spreads into Cyrodiil through the Khajiit escapees. Whether or not their escape was prompted by Aldmeri religious intolerance is unclear, but Deadric influence becomes stronger in Cyrodiil each day wherever Khajiit refugees are.

Please try to tell me or Meta about these events before setting them in motion, while i'll deal with this one please make sure these are accepted by me or Meta.

Estimated military force: 4,700 men
Taxes have been fully set in place throughout Cyrodiil.
Black Marsh holds 1,000 of the force, protecting the Province.
Garrisons are almost complete throughout the borders of Black Marsh.
Fortifications have been finished on the Imperial City, and now are being set in all cities of Cyrodiil.

All Khajit escapee's that are able to fight are given a choice, fight or leave Cyrodiil to Hammerfell. 500 men are sent to deal with the Deadra threat, all Khajit fighters help these 500 while all orher Khajit flee to Hammerfell.

The Blades have finished training, and now protect Tiber Septim or spread out to other Provinces as spies.
