The Summerset Isles announces the creation and reign of the Aldmeri Dominion. 1,000 justicars are sent via ships to take Elsweyr.
The justicars arrive in Elsweyr's capitol Corinthe and give the Mane an ultimatum: hand over total country of the province to the Dominion or have it taken by force. The Khajiit leader refuses and is killed on the spot. The justicars begin forcibly annexing the rest of the province. Expected to be complete by page 5.

The Summerset Isles offers a non-aggression treaty to the Akiviri Empire.
Emperor Cyrodiil agrees to remain neutral in Aldmeri conflicts.

No military shall be raised against the Dominion, but the Akiviri Empire reserves the right to take economic action.

The call to arms has reached over 500 men in 6 months, making 1,000 more recruits to the Imperial Legion by the end of the year.

The 500 men succussfully make it to Black Marsh, the locals more cautious than welcoming. The Men ask to see whoever is in charge to discuss the future of the Black Marsh and The Empire.

Tiber sends a small group of men, led by Tiber's loyal advisor, to High Rock to discuss future relations between the Dragonborn leaders. Hoping to keep peace between them.

A recieving party is already witing at the border of Falkreath Hold and The Reach to escort the advisor to Markarth. They are a detachment of the Convoy awaiting passage through Cyrodiil.

Commander Yamazaki, the Imperial Governor of The Reach, offers the Septim Empire a military alliance.
As part of the deal, Akavir will forge (grorious) Nippon Steel for Septim's men, as long as in Akavir is allowed to access the Elder Scroll Library in the White-Gold Tower.

Morrowind wishes to open up a trade route with the Akaviri for Kwama eggs for military weapons/strategy.

Kwama eggs can be used in the field to eliminate soldiers' fatigue and restore their stamina.

Akavir notes that there is little in the field of medical science within our Empire, and agrees to trade strategies for taking down airborn, larger, and magical enemies, as well as a wide array of swords, pole arms, and armours.

The fabrication of these materials will likely slow shipbuilding another year.

Cyrodiil accepts the Aldmeri Dominion's offer for non-aggression.

The advisor agrees with the military alliance, but asks that all access to the Elder Scrolls will be watched and any/all Akaviri be escorted in and out.

The Empire welcomes the Black Marsh, while still holding control of their lands, all Imperial Legion troops will be allowed in and out of Black Marsh, in return for protection against any threats. The 500 men start setting up garrisons at the borders while another 500 march towards Black Marsh.

I know. It still exists. There are much fewer neutral territories here than in a regular UN game, so you kinda have to treat them more...respectfully, if that makes any sense. Besides, I only need Valenwood for one reason, and if they accept this (waiting on a GM), then I wouldn't even need to waste troops invading.

Because Nirn has a such a reactive environment, every now and then natural responses will change the course of the game. These will usually be based off of player actions, but sometimes they are random.

Things such as natural disasters, divine intervention, daedric schemes, and other reactiv events are denoted in gold.
The following, for example, is based off of the thinning barrier between Nirn and oblivion due to the destruction of the Crystal Tower.

Cults of Deadra worshippers have started cropping up through Elsweyr.
Some Justicars report hearing foul whispers in their sleep.

Small garrisons have been made while a supply route is being set, the 500 men spread into groups across the borders. The Imperial Insignia on all soldiers.

Another 500 recruits have been trained.

So far the convoy would go by without issue, probably stopped by Imperial Legion troops when they got close to a city but the whole convoy was allowed passage.

I hope you understand that the towers are the barriers between Mundus and Aetherius, not Nirn and Oblivion. I'll roll with it, though.

100 additional justicars are rerouted to Elsweyr in an attempt to combat the Daedric worshippers. Anyone possessing a Daedric artifact or text is subject to the same punishment as a Talos worshipper.

We could have a lorefag argument, but I believe that Oblivion and Aetherius are really the same, and this is supported by the plot of TES:IV when Molag Bal used the deactivation of the White-Gold tower as an opportunity to enter Mundus. And for all intents and purposes, Mundus=Nirn.

Other players are also encouraged to make Gold posts in response to certain events, whenever they think a lore appropriate response might happen.

Akavir begins the training of 100 Shadow Blades, capable of using advanced magical combat techniques.
Training estimated complete by page 5.

Mundus and Nirn are pretty much the same for all intents here (Nirn is to Earth as Mundus is to the solar system), but Oblivion and Aetherius are objectively not the same. Oblivion is the combination of the many, many realms of the original Et'Ada in the Grey Maybe (which in turn was the result of Anu and Padomay meeting), and Aetherius is what was left over in the Grey Maybe after these realms came together. If Oblivion and Aetherius were one and the same, the Altmer's goals in TESV would be nonsensical.

Elsweyr annexation -- 65%

Let's not get into any arguments please, the gold events is a good idea but if certain parts are vague/debatable, let's try to avoid it.

Even with non-aggression treaties, and alliances, Tiber decides to have a special group dedicated to protecting him. 100 of the best Imperial Legion Soldiers begin training to become The Blades.

Due to strong cooperation and smooth conditions, the Akavir Convoy arrives early in Black Marsh.
Reman Cyrodiil reveals that he personally came in secret, and asks council with the Argon leader.

"We recognise the greatness of the Argonian people as jewelsmiths, and would like to help you protect that talent and wealth.
Let us move your treasure to the Imperial Reserve, and standardise your economy on the Cyro. This will improve your monetary security and help your masterworks to be spread through trade, for the greater benefit of your nation and all who might be interested in your luxuries."
