Reports coming in from Korriban declare Darth Malak dead.

A few months ago Darth Malak became fed up with his master Darth Revan, angered at the lack of training and special attention to the boy, Balan-Ti. He left the 1st Sith Death Squad and attempted to murder the boy in his sleep while completing his initial training with Revan on the remote world of Korriban. He was struck down by Balan after a lengthy battle with the Dark Lord himself. Malak will be known as a traitor and has been cremated on Korriban. With the death of Malak, Baaln-Ti's training is complete.

Henceforth the newly dubbed "Darth Sicarius" will take Malak's place as the apprentice of Revan as well as assuming control of the Ground Forces of the Sith Army.

The expeditionary force first arrives at Bespin, it drops off Jedi Master Cin Dralling and three Jedi Knights to meet with Bespin representative Lando Calrissian.

The smooth talker Lando and Master Dralling discuss in the many ways the Jedi can better interact with the people of the Cloud City.

The rest of the expeditionary force makes way towards Hoth.
