for history, i think i was supposed to read, like, an entire unit... about 100 pages, i think? did not touch the books once over the break

sucks too, last semester i was on top of my reading and was way ahead of the class for most of the semester

I have to return the 2 rentals I have and buy the books new instead. Why? Because I need access codes for 2 programs that cost $150 each by themselves just to do that classwork.

It's not enough I paid class fees out the ass AND books. No, I need to buy computer programs because my teachers are too lazy to put the classwork on the school's student portal like everyone else.

So much for being good about saving my money, it's all gone now....

I'm not looking forward to going back to school, in all honesty.

I like my hometown. I like my friends, and my old gym, and my family. I can be lazy all day, and hang around with my friends all night. Those opportunities won't come around for the next few months, and I have yet to meet anybody at college I find myself honestly connecting with. No friends, just acquaintances. I'm not worried about not making friends, because I have so much time, but I miss all of my friends from home.

Plus, next semester is gonna be hard as dick because I'm starting my major classes and I'm WORRIED.

nah, all i learned in solar system astronomy is rock, hot rock, special rock, rock, gas, married gas, blue planet, anus planet, not a planet. spectroscopy is the only worry.

Lecturers here sympathise with the book costs considering you already pay X thousands to learn anyway, so most give a shady link or two if they know the library doesn't have a book or it's understocked.
