Is The Pacific any good

I really, really enjoyed Band of Brothers and I heard The Pacific was made by the same people, is it any good? I might give it a watch

Not as good as Band of Brothers I could never get into The Pacific. But people say good things about The Pacific.

It's a wee bit more brutal than BoB.

By a wee bit, I mean a fuck ton more.

BoB was based on Steven Ambrose's historical work. The Pacific was based on 3 autobiographical works from actual Marines. So, you are comparing a narrative to a representation of what really happened to a single individual. The Pacific is more raw.

Both BoB and The Pacific are incredible.

I prefer BoB because I enjoy the European front much more. The common consensus is that BoB is better, but The Pacific is amazing still.
