It's more like an office roast here, which actually forces you to be more creative.

As long as the other party isn't a bitch about it, you can post pretty much whatever you want. If you wanted to make a harsh roast against Ryle, for example, I doubt he'd even care. It's the people who don't want to be "roasted" that you have to be more careful around.
