Get a VPNI've used this one on my iDevices as well as my MacBook and it works perfectly (the free version has a data cap, but I haven't used it enough to reach it yet). They have a version for Windows, too.

Then use the "share" feature to send your other devices links. Sign up on dummy accounts with those and your main account gets 500MB for each one (as opposed to 250MB for linking multiple devices [up to 5]).Then, when you're done and have plenty of 500MB chunks added to your cap, you can sign in using your main account on each of your devices to get another 250MB.Or, y'know, pay for a VPN.
