Nuka chooses not to have a job and he chooses to live in an expensive city (Los Angeles I think). I was also using my alts to mass report the thread, thus hiding it from view from the forum. The mods had to unlock the thread twice before they finally gave in and decided to ban the thread. I successfully cut hundreds of potential dollars from his fund.
