Not cartoons that you like, but cartoons that children like.

There are much better cartoons for children nowadays.

Stuff like Adventure time, Gravity falls, Steven Universe and many other shows are supposed to be very creative. Back in the day cartoons were about turtles fighting some ninja, and that's that. No intriguing story, just mindless action that's cool and hip.

Also, you're forgetting shows like Gravity Falls and TLA exist. The best cartoon from my childhood was The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and that was barely a decade ago. Face it - cartoons are just getting better. Take off your rose tinted glasses.
