Is the first rule about alts retroactive? We have the user DeeJ for example who now may find himself banned, or maybe one of my alts which is a reference to a Bungie culture character. What about these?

Personal attacks, including in public forums and private messages, will not be taken lightly and are subject to punishment. Joking with saying like "fgt" are acceptable, as long as it does not become excessive
