The Collectables Thread Strikes Back

Seeing as "The Action Figure Thread" seemed to turn away some people, who had Lego, Gundam models, etc. I hereby name this the Collectables thread, Post any collectables you have, from any franchise, with the exception of MLP and anything that's anime.

Gross, actions figures.
I buy Legos and MG Gundam models.

Yeah it annoys me too. I don't mind that he's shorter than the others, but the problem is they only made his torso smaller, and kept his limbs similar in proportion to the other figures. This results in him looking vaguely like a child.

I enjoy collecting action figures, among other things. It's not too unusual in my opinion.

Those are awesome. But too rich for my blood.

I have a three Gundams right now, with a fourth on its way. I also have the 2015 Kopaka, and I ordered two Plasma Dragons yesterday (Discontinued figures, ordered them because nostalgia).

Post them! It doesn't matter really, this thread is more so for collectibles in general than just action figures.

Those look great! I've seen reviews of the Gundam figures on YouTube, they look fantastic.

Yeah, some of them are absolutely amazing. Inexpensive too.

It's almost scary how flexible and posable the Genoace kit is.

You just need to be careful, though, because some of them are quite fragile, like the Baqto (I kind of regret getting it).

Yeah, I took them out of the packaging. They're toys, and while I don't necessarily play with them, they're not exactly highly expensive or vintage. Toys aren't supposed to be kept in a box for years, and I don't care about selling them in the future.

I'd rather not be "that guy" with walls lined with unopened action figures who has a panic attack whenever children try and play with them.

When did Chief become a Giraffe?

Most of what I have is what I salvaged from when I was younger. I think Marcus is the only one that I have that doesn't have some sort of damage or pieces missing.

Worth it, he's incredibly detailed, and has an absurd amount of articulation.

I'm about to double up on those over the next few months, too.

I also have most of the new Bionicles, but I don't have those out on display yet since I'm just finishing up moving. Plus a ton of different Blue-Eyes White Dragon cards (it was my favorite monster back when I played Yugioh). I'll try and post pics when I actually have time.

It was one hell of a job to do, mostly deciding the colour scheme and finding the curved blocks.
