Turns out that the CIA has decided to launch a fake ISIS twitter account to make fun of them and win the war on terrorism on the 'virtual battlefield'. It would appear that ISIS is powered by Alfredo sauce.

We always say to fight fire, you must use fire. This is wrong. Fighting fire with fire will leave scars and a new flame will rise. We must instead use water. I would imagine the CIA would be good at trolling.
