This probably doesn't count because it counts 2014 and 2015, but Senior year is currently the best year so far for me.

Probs last year.

All the assholes before 6th Form had left, made new friends (inc. my then-future first girlfriend), strengthened my existing friendships, and the future looked bright for Uni.

Shame that future now isn't as bright as I'd hoped then, but it's still pretty damn good. Still got another ~80 years to have a better one.

Probably 2007. I went to an awesome summer camp and played Halo 3 with my friends. Visited family in Iowa and had a blast there too.

CBT or Counselling may also work, even if you are against the idea of taking medication the other forms of therapy would potentially help too.
