No, those I keep in a special folder called "the naughty list". Every time I have to do any mod business, I go through the naughty list and give an additional 5% to everyone found guilty of insulting the EU (praise be former leader Barrosso) and eating French (BELGIAN) fries the wrong way.

I don't think you should waste your time. It's not hurting anyone to have it there and I know at least 1 person has used it
