You fall asleep and wake up but you didn't even realize you fell asleep?

Like today I was just laying in bed and I blacked out, I wasn't even tired. I woke up a few hours later and felt fully refreshed so it didn't feel like I fell asleep because I was full of energy. I didnt realize I had been asleep until I looked at the time.

Ever have those moments?

Yeah I have. I was sitting on the couch and I heard movement outside. It was dark when what I thought was a couple minutes ago it use to be light outside. So I went outside yelling profanities at what just happened to be my family.

Edited for clarification. Thought it was someone breaking into our cars outside. Didn't know my family had gone somewhere.

When I was younger, I fell asleep with controllers in my hand.

I have a particularly vivid memory of playing Oblivion and that happening.

I used to get something like that when I was a lot younger.

I'd hit my bed at night and close my eyes, then I'd open them again and it would be day. :/
