Kinda ironic it's a gif of a guy with no good posture but oh well.

I've had Scoliosis for about a year and a half now, and throughout this year I have been working out, and doing back excercises to fix it. Also fixing my posture elsewhere.

And today I saw fucking progress, so proud of myself.

What accomplishments are you proud of this year?

Just had some idiot come up to me today though, saying how I shouldn't be at the gym and why I don't have my membership card on me, it took the staff guy I knew for a year now to get him the hell away from me.
