First, use the actual youtube link. The normal url. No you.tube, no ?=youtube at the end, nothing like that. Just the normal watch?v= followed by the video ID.
Then use the "youtube" link formatting on sep7agon instead of the "url" one.
Boom.

Also, you don't need the "url" formatting to post a non-youtube link. You only need that if you want to have the link look like text,
