Literally every weapon is a MAC, so they could take down a Covy ship's shields in one shot. Then they'll be torn apart by a barrage of missiles.

And thats just ship to ship combat....

The systems alliance couldn't even beat the reapers and a UNSC frigate has more fire power than one of their dreadnoughts.

U wot m8? UNSC MACs are more powerful than ME dreadnought main guns... and it takes three MAC shots to take down the shields of the average covenant warship. Not to mention that plasma torpedoes are faster than MAC rounds and have a 3 dimensional 360 degree field of fire...
