I've gotten a degree roughly equivalent to a High School one, I studied Technology and Design. Now I'm taking a part-time "Linux and Small Networks" course on college level. I'm planning to start studying video game design full time next year.

High school graduate with an average GPA

Currently working towards associates degree and on the Deans List (I'm doing far more better academically in college)

Degree is Administration of Justice and aim to work for a local police department. Great situation because the V.A is covering all my educational costs, police departments will hire a person with a degree, and I'll make more money for having a degree. I'm set for life basically and couldn't be any more happier, especially because I've always wanted to be a cop

Not at all. I figured that High School, Bachelor's and Master's are pretty universal in the western world. I'm not even American myself. Care to tell me what (British) options I should add?

I've got some certs from vo-tech in addition to my diploma though, not like I use them.

Working on a bachelor's at the moment, a bunch of certificates back me up though. I also was a honor's student in my uni, but I got tired of being all altruistic and helping causes, so I left the honor's part. During high school I was recognized for my grades for all three years, and I also won a regional award.

What exactly are they? A stage between high school and university?

GCSEis why you do at age 16 at the end of secondary/ high school.

A Level is what you do throughout 17-18 in college or 6th Form.

Then you go to university or out into a job.

How law oriented is it?

It's a 66 credit degree with 24 of it focusing on the actual law part, not English, humanities, science, and that stuff

So it's pretty law oriented in relating to law enforcement and the court system. Here's the courses:

Juvenile Justice System

Intro Law Enforcement

Surveys concepts of protection of life and property, detection of offenses, and apprehension of offenders.

ADJ 140
Introduction to Corrections
ocuses on societal responses to the offender. Traces the evolution of practices based on philosophies of retribution, deterrence, and rehabilitation. Reviews contemporary correctional activities and their relationships to other aspects of the criminal justice system.

ADJ 201
Criminology
Studies current and historical data pertaining to criminal and other deviant behavior. Examines theories that explain crime and criminal behavior in human society.

ADJ 211
Criminal Law Evidence & Procedures I

The highest i have is A Levels (I wouldn't say British College though...that would award NVQ's which are technical courses. A levels can be taken through Secondary school/ "High school" as an extra 2 years).

But I'm currently starting Bsc so hopefully I can add that in 3 years' time.

Yeah, they're really enjoyably and love them. There's other ADJ courses that don't fall under my degree, such as firearms and marksmanship. My college has this one classroom that simulates a range and is equipped with actual Glocks that are just sophisticated and expensive laser guns

But there's people in this program that are going to be lawyers and such so it's not just for people going into law enforcement. It's also transferable to 4-year universities
