You could go more extreme and set up a bot like AltDentifier, but personally I really hate bots that require an external website for verification. Just seems invasive, but it might do the trick for you. You could even go as far as contacting discord support, since this is a user who repeatedly tries to circumvent bans. They might be willing to help.
