Some movie reviewers on Youtube said that the movie is pretty great but has pacing issues and they enjoyed the chemistry between the characters. I'm gonna watch more youtubers to solidify the movie.

Rotten Tomatoes shits on a non-Marvel comic book movie and sings praise to GB2016, they have lost any legitimacy they claimed they had.

Then why did you decide to keep GB2016 certified "fresh" when critics review temporarily fell below 70% RT? What a shit site. I have no doubt in my mind Suicide Squad is going to make back its money with a positive audience approval rating just like BvS did.

He also said similar things about Man of Steel and gave it the same score, despite seeming to view it negatively now and saying Suicide Squad is significantly better.

Not saying he wasn't being genuine in this review but it's something to keep in mind.

A movie reaches certified fresh at 80% and then loses it upon going lower than 70, however RT can add it back above 70% but below 80% at their discretion.

GB2016 did not go back to 80% so they added it back, for no reason. There is a legitimate bias and an agenda. RT is trying to have their cake and eat it too with how they operate. Either RT is its own BIASED group of reviewers and admit to playing favoritism, or they're an unbiased collection of different critics and must treat GB2016 as such with all the scrutiny the critics have given it and remove the certified fresh rating.

This is all a moot point however as GB2016 was a massive failure (that everyone saw coming) and will not be the billion dollar cinematic franchise pipe dream Sony thought it would.

I would have given it a 70-80% rating as well. It's not a bad movie.
I think it only got as high as it did as a way to stick the middle-finger at George Lucas's prequels.

If you thought it was that good then I fail to see your point. Rotten Tomatoes just weighs together positive and negative reviews. Like when Toy Story 3 got almost a perfect 100%, it doesn't mean they thought it was the best movie ever, just means no one actively disliked it.
