Never heard of it, then again I'm not all that into cheese. There's a type of french cheese that you put on crackers that it pretty nice, and I do like mozzarella on almost every pasta dish I cook. But other than that I can't stand the stuff. (not including pizza)

The only red cheeses I know are English ones that've been artificially coloured. Like red Leicester. Those are actually good though. Red Leicester is nice and mature.
