I usually get 25mb/s down, and about 5 up, with 9 ping.

I'm on my craptop right now, and I can barely load a page.

Mine is probably the fastest connection you can get around here. One of the shitty perks of living in a mostly rural area.

Florida cable is hit and miss, bright house (Orlando/Central Florida) has decent download with throttled upload while Fios (Tampa Area) has matched upload/download both faster than bright house.

I wasn't sure what server I should have chosen so I went with Springfield in Missouri (Since I have some friends near there) and Helena Montana being the closest city to me.

I'd expect some rural areas to have better speeds, but I've yet to see any ISP provide a super fast fiber optic connection to anywhere that wasn't in a city or just outside one.
