Well, it's easy to understand why--lots of people just like to take advantage of the fact that you can be as obnoxious as you want on the Internet, and there will be no "real" repercussions. It's fun to watch people lose their shit over something that you don't personally believe matters all that much.

So I know exactly why people act the way they do--I'm just easily annoyed by it, because I like to take the Internet a little bit more seriously than the average person.
