The hill where everyone in my area goes sledding is right next to the police station/city hall. The only way they'd be upset is if someone went down the steep or tree covered side of the hill, and even then they'd have the common sense to tell you that's your fault for being a dumbass, and then help you.

As someone who broke their front teeth on a teeter totter, had their fingers pinched and fell off of swings face-first, I can say that in the end it was definitely worth it.

One of the few reasons why I think that 3/4th majority for a civil suit is fucking retarded.

If I were a juror on a civil suit like this, there would be no way in hell I'd award the money to the plaintiff. They were retarded and did something stupid, then it's all their fault and get no moneys for it.
