And I discovered exactly where this place is hosted, Provo, Utah, USA. Turns out it's hosted by Unified Layer, a part of EIG, and there seems to be the perception out there that these guys are utterly impossible to contact.

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.
