Most people don't discard their names so casually. In most cases, a name change is a big deal, for personal reasons to the person who is changing it.

Not really. Most celebrities are garbage anyway. Specially anybody linked to the kardashians. A lot of people are garbage, actually.

No. So, really, all this comes down to is simple psychology. You've a stick up your ass about trans people. And therefore, you make an exception for whatever particular reason, to explicitely put a negative light on them in any particular way you're able to.

I don't particularily give a shit to defend a celebrity. And I figure most, or some, don't either. But, we're all people.

Which brings up a point I was waiting to say. When people are confronted with something that annoys them. Or irritates them. Or, in general, just bugs the shit out of them, they've a few choices at hand.

Any normal functioning human being would most likely, generally not focus on the annoyance and continue on with their life. But, a bored person with nothing else in their sights, going nowhere, takes a look at negative things, and suddenly, focuses on them.
