And Predator knows I was banned for calling a person posting in Spanish a filthy brown person, so he replied to my thread where I proclaimed that I was unbanned in Spanish, saying "I can fix that for you"

I took a chance on it, and called him a sediment coated #5E4300 homosapien.

Yes, they usually locked non-english threads.
Now, the site comes in a dozen different languages and nobody cares.

On B.Old it was in the CoC or something that Bnet is an english speaking forum and only English is allowed. Don't know about B.lind tho.

The site was recently updated to allow any and all languages. It might have been allowed for a long time but DeeJ posted an update saying they were welcoming "Destiny players of all languages" during gamescon-ish
