There was a worksafe ad campaign in Aus like 2-5 years ago that was pretty much the exact same. It started with a guy using a Nailgun without safety glasses and copping a Nail to the eye, then someone losing a finger in a Ham Slicer at a Butchers. There was also someone slipping with a pot of boiling water, another person getting splashed on the face with really corrosive Acid and their Eye clouding over, and they stopped after showing a guy losing his hand in a Press of some kind when he was trying to unjam it.

Graphic shit man, considering this was aired during Children's prime time too.
