Simply put - there hasn't been enough studies to definitively say whether marijuana has potential risks. Those who claim that it's perfectly safe need to rethink.
Smoking anything isn't good for you, no one is denying that. But the chemical THC is indeed completely harmless. That's why edibles and vaping are the best.
well done captain obvious. FUCKING LOL
Well, any kind of smoke you inhale is going to be bad for you, that much is given. Though there is ways to get high without smoking. On top of that, there have studies which show that weed does effect a developing mind in a teen negatively. Yeah, I agree that people who say it has no negatives, *cough*Camnator*cough* is full of shit. But a good amount of people who smoke understand the negatives and still do it regardless because they enjoy it.

If anything, testers would be looking for a negative result to support the official stance of "marijuana is a dangerous narcotic".

More research really needs to be done on it.

Is it really any more dangerous than, I don't know, cigarettes?

It's all speculation. Except for the smoke inhalation part.
Quote from: Kupo on January 26, 2015, 02:34:47 PMIs it really any more dangerous than, I don't know, cigarettes?Cigarettes kill 400,000~ people a year. Marijuana alone has never killed a person in recorded history. You do the math.

Except for the smoke inhalation part. The amount of pros compared to cons when it comes to legalizing weed is so ridiculous that it's idiotic that this plant is still fucking illegal. I just don't see the reasoning behind putting people behind bars with actual criminals because they had some weed in their possession. At least there are a few states that are actually making some progress with this issue.

And what's your point? People have smoked weed for centuries, and not a single death has ever occurred. Cigarettes kill hundreds of people daily.
well there aren't health risks associated with LSD or shroomscheck mate atheists
