What should be the site's TLD for v3? I already have these purchased and they will all redirect to the canonical, but wanted to get some input:

.forum makes the most sense, but .net just feels right since it's always been that

Yes. I plan to run the two concurrently during the transition period and then once this place closes, sep7agon.net will redirect to wherever the new site lives.
