Saw the Conjuring 2

Holy balls, that movie had some creepy fucking scenes. I don't want to see a painting of a nun ever again. The 3rd act got a bit much for me, but overall it was a solid film and the characters were actually pretty believable. Props to the kid actor for doing a brilliant job.

Has anyone here seen it yet? What did you think?

i watched it today too it was a great movie i enjoyed it a lot i think even more so than the first which is unusual occurrence for movies in general let alone a horror one.

Probs cause James Wan is a pretty awesome horror director. Does a great job with building tension and actually making you feel for the characters. Like, early on when something bad happens the family immediately nopes the FUCK out of there instead of trying to confront it. Like a real family probably would.

That's the sort of mentality that will lead Hollywood to making more shitty remakes and sequels though. I'd rather let them know I want them to make good quality movies with my wallet.

it is, but it'll most likely drop and settle to around 7.4 - 7.7. Still really high for horror though
