When the last scene showed up, I wasn't 100% sure it was the last scene. And I felt like there was going to be more to it, yet bam there it ended.

I feel all the big events were rushed and were brief, like Ashi disappearing, it pretty much ends the show right after that. No time to let it sink in.

One of my close friends who has never seen the show as a kid just finished his marathon the original series, and is now beginning season 5. Given that it's now one of his new favorite shows, I can't wait to see how disappointed he'll be.

but aku made the show, a shitty episode was made amazing if he showed up
